Résumé :

In this paper the authors describe a new method of identifying experts in a specific domain using the New Information and Communication Technologies (NICT). This method uses the technology of certain intelligent agents capable of running through a set of Web pages starting from an initial page, and collecting the e-mail addresses indicated therein. The authors then describe the method they used to set up a contacts database from these elements.
