Cette r\'eorientation du mod\`ele FRBR en pr\'etextant la n\'ecessit\'e de r\'epondre \`a des usages num\'eriques \'emergents entra\^ine les biblioth\`eques dans un d\'edale de changements (nouvelles r\`egles de catalogage, acquisition d'un nouveau SIGB, interface de consultation des OPAC, d\'ependance aux services Web institutionnels) qu'elles devront assumer localement et int\'egralement alors que ces changements s'inscrivent dans les strat\'egies globales de positionnement des deux agences nationales par rapport au ph\'enom\`ene de l'open data. Le programme laisse supposer que l'exposition des donn\'ees sur le Web serait malais\'ee, voire impossible, hors FRBRisation des catalogues. Or, depuis 1997, bien des technologies Web et des proc\'ed\'es de traitement ont m\^uri et les initiatives conduites par l'OCLC et l'ABES sur ces bases montrent que la transcription de la structure et des donn\'ees des catalogues vers le Web des donn\'ees est possible depuis plusieurs ann\'ees. Pourtant, les biblioth\`eques municipales, g\'en\'eralement attentives \`a leurs usagers et soucieuses d'am\'eliorer leurs services, n'ont pas encore r\'eussi \`a s'emparer de ces \'evolutions technologiques destin\'ees \`a soutenir de probables usages num\'eriques qui restent encore \`a identifier.},

The creation of information online has always placed little emphasis on the region. Yet, the regional component is of vital importance to local news media. In the subnational press, solutions journalism appears to be based on a desire to promote the region and its stakeholders in the columns of regional dailies. Our goal is to examine how the discourse of solutions journalism is a sign of strengthening proximity for the local press, as well as a recomposition of the practices and professional identity of local journalists. La construcci\'on de una informaci\'on en l\'inea ha sido poco enfocada hacia el territorio. Sin embargo, el territorio es una dimensi\'on ineludible para los medios de informaci\'on local. El periodismo de soluciones, en la prensa infranacional, parece como una voluntad de valorar el territorio y sus actores en las columnas de los diarios regionales. En el art\'iculo se propone estudiar de qu\'e manera el discurso en el periodismo de soluciones es un indicio del esfuerzo de proximidad para la prensa local, como tambi\'en una reconstituci\'on de las pr\'acticas e identidad profesional del periodismo local.},

    abstract = {The number of websites containing persuasive serious games and advergames has increased over the past several years, but their immediate and delayed effects on behavior are still not well understood. The present field experiment (n = 388, varied socio-professional groups) demonstrates that interactivity linked to this type of website provokes positive effects on immediate behavior (purchases of energy-saving light bulbs, ESLBs) in a ‘real setting.' It further affected the behavior (installation of ESLBs at home), the memorization of the website's arguments, gains in knowledge, attitude, and other judgments regarding ESLBs, when measured two weeks later. The digital signature of a commitment to perform an expected behavior via a web page also provokes positive behavioral effects. This can accumulate through the effects of interactivity. We close with a discussion of the possible psychological processes involved, theoretical and practical implications and limitations as well as new perspectives for advertising and advergames research.},

Serious games : persuasive communication devices What socio-cognitive and socio-emotional processes lie in usage ? What are their effects on the players ? State of research and new perspectives This article explores persuasive serious games which invite players to solve “ludic problems” with the aim of inducing psycho-social and behavioural change. To fill a gap in the literature, it proposes a synthesis of empirical and experimental research on socio-cognitive and socio-emotional processes that develop with the use of serious games, and that underlie changes of behaviours, attitudes, emotions and cognitions. This theoretical synthesis revolves around three main interacting models : “operant ludic learning”, social learning by modelling, and emotional mediation through flow. The authors also open new paths for research, including a fourth model based on binding communication.},

Il s'agira plus particuli\`erement de d\'ecrire l'\'evolution de la place de la communication pour le d\'eveloppement vis-\`a-vis la communication internationale. Dans un troisi\`eme temps, nous allons discuter des points de convergence et de divergence de ces approches respectives. Sur la base de ces analyses, nous allons apporter notre appui th\'eorique \`a la convergence des approches (Wilkins, 2008) dans un cadre multi-m\'ethodologique et interdisciplinaire (Loum, 2014). Nous proposerons notamment une grille de lecture, int\'egrant les deux modes de communication, \`a savoir << persuasive >> (communication push, la logique de l'offre publique) et << participative >> (communication pull, la logique de la demande sociale), ainsi que les deux prismes d'analyse, \'etant << macro >> (structures) et << micro >> (acteurs). In this theoretical essay, we discuss the evolution of paradigms and theoretical approaches in International Communication and in Communication for development/social change, comparing respectively the Anglo-Saxon and the Francophone schools. We first give a picture of the close relationship between the two research areas (Aubin \& Agbobli, 2014) within the institutional and organizational communication, noting the definitions and the redefinitions of their respective borders in the last decades. Then, we present a brief overview of the paradigms and the approaches evolution in the international and the development communication, respectively within the Anglo-Saxon and the Francophone schools. We will describe more particularly the role given to the development communication with regard to the international communication within these schools, and its evolution in time. Finally, we discuss the points of convergence and divergence of these approaches. Basing on these analyses, we provide our support to the idea of the convergence of such approaches (Wilkins, 2008) within one interdisciplinary and multi-methodological framework (Loum, 2014). According to Durkheim, when people are faced with a significant emotional event, they feel a fundamental anthropological need to communicate and experience their emotions collectively, and to refer to a supra-ordinate collective consciousness. We show that when an extraordinary social and media event takes place, the social media take on the role of a “virtual collective consciousness” by regulating strong collective emotions. This appears be directly involved in the co-construction of new socially shared meaning. Based on an unusually striking socio-emotional phenomenon (the death of Michael Jackson), we describe five processes involved in regulating negative collective emotions. The regulating process appears to differ according to people's identities, and to be directly involved in the co-construction of a new meaning shared by all. It also seems to take effect more rapidly when group identities are involved. When identity is more individual, on the other hand, the social media appear to promote more negative emotional ruminations.},

Our contribution aims to describe the value system carried by a particular practice what consumption breastfeeding and through communication campaigns, including posters. Our results lead us first to introduce the link between beliefs and imaginary figurability of breastfeeding by providing an analysis in terms of sensory experience, semiological breaks and handling of the normative framework. Then we update the axiology of breastfeeding with original opposition of nature versus culture and the importance of moral values. Finally, we analyze how these campaigns are involved in creating a communicative ecosystem (\'educosyst\`eme) promoting participation and individual commitment. Through this semiotic analysis and \'educommunicationnelle of breastfeeding, we show that a new social imagination is in progress.},

What intelligence can be found in big data ? The case of the French public procure Industrial Property in cancer and the right to life : a case of economic intelligence in Brazil associated with tuberculosis. This article aims to demonstrate to the professionals of economic intelligence, a study on industrial property related to the pharmaceutical industry. According to IMS Health, this science area has been shown as dynamic and profitable for sales of drugs. Those sales exceed US\$ 900 billion and tend to reach US\$ 1.2 trillion in 2016. On the other hand, 80 \% of people in the world do not have access to those drugs and treatment. The approach is through technology forecasting in patents oncology research and in association with tuberculosis. In this sense a case study of Imatinib Mesylate for the cancer is shown, where each dose in Brazil reached US\$ 90. After the government's strategy in economic intelligence, there were significant reductions in drug prices. The information's were obtained from databases such as WIPO, EPO patents and indexed references as PubMed, Web of Science and Scielo.},

Nous conduisons une analyse sur un corpus relatif aux premières 24 heures (sur 40) de cette couverture et composé de deux documents : le flux du live (376 posts tous locuteurs confondus) et l'ensemble des messages soumis par les internautes (environ 8000 posts) dont une infime partie seulement a été publiée (1\%). L'analyse comparée des deux facettes de cette participation et des éléments méta-descriptifs relatifs au dispositif nous conduit à analyser la place de la parole ordinaire des internautes dans la production journalistique en interrogeant : 1) le processus de modération/filtrage effectué par les journalistes et la projection d'une représentation normative de la figure de l'internaute participant et 2) l'émergence d'une posture énonciative collective chez les internautes, prémisse d'une forme de << public >> du live. Notre démarche qualita- tive a consisté à identifier manuellement l'ensemble des contributions des internautes en fonction de leur registre d'expression, en distinguant notamment les questions/demandes d'information, les opinions/commentaires personnels et les apports d'information. L'analyse a permis d'éclairer les ressorts de la participation profane en soulignant l'écart entre les messages soumis par les internautes et ceux publiés par les journalistes (révélateur de la modération éditoriale) et donc la faible représentativité des contributions publiées sur le live. Globalement, les journalistes survalorisent les apports d'informations et délaissent presque systématiquement les messages de commentaires et opinions, pourtant prisés par les internautes. Cette disproportion dans la nature des messages soumis et publiés nourrit l'hypothèse d'une modération en fonction de critères propres au journaliste qui projette une figure du contributeur extérieur. Enfin, nous montrons que le journaliste encourage peu la participation sur le live et que la configuration éditoriale, par sa modération drastique, freine les velléités des internautes de se constituer en un véritable public, leurs revendications identitaires étant largement reléguées dans l'espace invisible (c'est-à-dire non publié) des contributions. This study analyzes the participation of readers/contributors through liveblog- ging on the lemonde.fr website during the “DSK Affair” in May, 2011. Our analysis focuses on a corpus of the initial 24 hours of coverage (of 40) and is composed of two elements : the liveblogging flow (376 posts, all contributors combined), and the totality of messages submitted by Internet users (8000 posts), of which only 1\% were published. A comparative analysis of the two types of participation and the meta-descriptive elements related to the device lead us to analyze the role of the common language of Internet users in journalistic production by exploring : 1) Journalists' monitoring/filtering process and the projection of a normative representation of the participating users and 2) The emergence of a collective enunciative position among Internet users, the premise of a form of a liveblogging << public. >> Our qualitative approach consisted in manually categorizing the contributions of users based on their register of expression ; most notably distinguishing between news questions/inquiries, opinions/personal comments and information input. The analysis highlights the gap between the messages submitted by users and those published by journalists (through editorial monitoring) leading to a low representation of published user contributions in the liveblog. Overall, journalists attach great importance to messages focused on facts and publish very little commentary or opinions, despite their popularity among users. This discrepancy in the nature of submitted and published messages feeds the hypothesis that monitoring is based on journalist-specific criteria and projects a prototypical face of the Internet user. Finally, we show that journalists do little to encourage participation through liveblogging, and that the editorial process, through its drastic monitoring, prevents users from forming a true public, as their identity claims are largely relegated to the invisible space of contributions (viz. unpublished). Este estudo tem por objetivo analisar a participação dos leitores/contribuintes por meio de um dispositivo específico : o live blogging, ou seja, a cobertura ao vivo pela Web de um evento. Este trabalho centra-se mais especificamente na cobertura ao vivo que o site lemonde.fr fez do << caso DSK >> em maio de 2011. Nossa análise concentra-se em um corpus de textos produzidos nas primeiras 24 horas (de um total de 40) da cobertura realizada. Ele é composto por dois tipos de documento : o fluxo do live (376 posts, incluindo todos os contribuintes) e o conjunto de todas as mensagens enviadas pelos internautas (cerca de 8.000 posts), das quais apenas 1\% foram publicadas. A análise comparativa das duas facetas dessa participação, junto com a aplicação de alguns elementos metadescritivos do dispositivo, levaram-nos a entender o lugar da fala dos internautas na produção jornalística e a interrogar : 1) o processo de moderação/filtragem feito pelos jor- nalistas e a projeção de uma representação normativa da figura do internauta participante ; e 2) o surgimento de uma postura enunciativa coletiva por parte dos próprios internautas, premissa de uma forma de “público” no live. Nosso enfoque qualitativo consistiu em analisar o conjunto de contribuições dos internautas conforme seus registros de fala, distinguindo os pedidos por informação, dos comentários pessoais e das contribuições à informação. A análise permitiu salientar os mecanismos da participação profana, salientando as diferenças entre as mensagens dos internautas e os posts publicados pelos jornalistas (reveladoras da moderação editorial), e, por isso mesmo, da pouca representatividade das contribuições publicadas no live. Globalmente, os jornalistas dão um valor exagerado às contribuições à produção de informações e menosprezam de maneira quase sistemática as mensagens contendo comentários e opiniões, apesar delas serem bastante apreciadas pelos internautas. A desproporção entre o número de das mensagens enviadas efetivamente e publicadas alimenta a hipótese de uma filtragem feita em função dos critérios próprios aos jornalistas, e que projetam uma determinada figura do contribuidor exterior. Finalmente, demonstraremos que o jornalista pouco incita a participação no live e que a configuração editorial, com a sua filtragem drástica, refreia as veleidades dos internautas de se constituírem em verdadeiro público, já que suas reivindicações identitárias são, na maior parte, relegadas ao espaço invisível (ou seja, não publicado) das contribuições.},

Participants were 35 males and 31 females aged 26–54 from the general population who were contacted by phone 8 months after their participation in a study transposing Milgram's obedience paradigm to the context of a fake television game show. Interviews were presented as opinion polls with no stated ties to the earlier experiment. Personality was assessed by the Big Five Mini-Markers questionnaire (Saucier, 1994). Political orientation and social activism were also measured. Results confirmed hypotheses that Conscientiousness and Agreeableness would be associated with willingness to administer higher-intensity electric shocks to a victim. Political orientation and social activism were also related to obedience. Our results provide empirical evidence suggesting that individual differences in personality and political variables matter in the explanation of obedience to authority.},

    abstract = {The present qualitative survey studies fans' reactions to the death of Michael Jackson (MJ). We put forward the hypothesis that the time of a celebrity's death is when the researcher can most fully understand certain psychological and social functions of the celebrity in question. The results highlight that the relationship between fans and celebrities can be mediated by a third person, a loved one who is part of the entourage of the fan. The fan is emotionally attached to this person. We explain how the use of interpersonal communications and social media operate differently depending on whether the fan has based the construction of their identity on the image of MJ (which is of course a complex process) or on their position as a member of the social group of fans. Fans whose identity was based on MJ need to rearrange their model of personal identity. The results underline five functions of social media in the mourning process. They also show that prolonged use of social media could be associated with a slower resolution of the fans' mourning process. These results are aimed at gaining a better understanding of the relationships between celebrities and their fans, especially parasocial interactions and the role played by celebrities in the construction of fan identity.},

    abstract = {The article shows that many psychological effects of the marketing communication, sometimes called “non-conscious effects”, really produce implicit attitude changes. We show that the theoretical and methodological framework of implicit attitude is well adapted to study these effects and to open new perspectives to study the persuasion in a marketing communication context. On the basis of research conducted within advertising contexts, product placement and TV sponsorship, four types of non-conscious influences are examined : a) non-conscious perception of brands, b) low-attention and forgotten exposures, c) attitude conditioning, d) brand insertion into emotional contexts. While discussing the contributions and limitations of major research methodologies, we highlight new perspectives likely to further the progress of research. We open up new perspectives first to increase the ecological and theoretical validity of methodologies ; secondly, to improve the validity of effects measure. At a practical level, we posit that the measures of effects currently used by advertising agencies and advertisers underestimate the effects of marketing communication campaigns. A third research perspective endeavors to better understand the links between implicit and explicit attitudes on the one hand, and behavior on the other hand. The article gives some basis to the field called by some people "neuromarketing".},

In the theoretical context of processing fluency and implicit memory, the experiment (n = 398) studied the effects of repeated brief exposure to different types of content (words/image) in pop-up ads 7 days and 3 months after exposure. The results show the overall positive effects of the pop-ups, the superiority of the image over words for effects on attitude toward the brand and the purchase intentions ; but the words produce more semantic effects than the image.},

Les mod\`eles d'int\'egration sociale des innovations en SIC sont donc utilis\'es ici pour \'etudier comment les nouveaux dispositifs d'appui sont accept\'es et appropri\'es par les usagers dans les pays en d\'eveloppement, que ce soit en Asie Centrale ou en Afrique. Le fait que la r\'eception et l'appropriation des dispositifs par leurs usagers est primordiale pour l'efficacit\'e des programmes d'appui n'est plus \`a prouver. Nous synth\'etisons ces mod\`eles (anglo-saxons et francophones) et d\'egageons des axes communs d\'eterminants pour l'int\'egration, en amont de l'usage (les mod\`eles de l'acceptation) et en aval (les mod\`eles de l'appropriation). C'est la construction du sens d'usage, o\`u l'usager mobilise les repr\'esentations << d\'ej\`a-l\`a >>, l'ancrage dans l'existant, (Moscovici, 1976, 1989 ; Jodelet, 1989 ; LeBlanc, 2007) et l'imaginaire (Flichy, 1995, 2001 ; Musso, 2007), pour \'evaluer les avantages et les pertes li\'es \`a l'usage du dispositif, l'exp\'erience anticip\'ee ou per\c cue de l'usage situ\'e. Cette construction mentale s'apparente dans la litt\'erature \`a la formation de la Valeur per\c cue d'usage (Jouet, 1987 ; Mallein \& Toussaint, 1992 ; Mallein, 1997, 2008, 2012 ; Soler, Geraud \& Mallein, 2000 ; Hoffmann, Mallein \& al, 2008 ; Hert, 1998 ; Toussaint, 2003 ; Boenisch, 2009 ; Assude \& al, 2010 ; Nelson, 2012 ; Kim \& al, 2006 et autres) ; n\'eanmoins, il serait n\'ecessaire de mieux comprendre ce processus. Dans notre \'etude qualitative de cas multi-sites, nous \'etudions ce concept en d\'etail et mod\'elisons le m\'ecanisme de sa formation et son r\^ole dans l'int\'egration des nouveaux dispositifs par leurs usagers. If multidisciplinarity is necessary, first, for studying the widest possible set of communication phenomena (organizational, in groups, interpersonal, media, computer-mediated communication...) and, secondly, for grasping the complexity of the different moments of the same phenomenon of communication (production, content, reception, circulation ...), methodological pluralism is also important. However, French research in communication sciences leaves in the shade a number of phenomena and moments of communication that could be better understood thanks to the experimental method. We will underline that the epistemological issues related to rational use of the experimental method in communication sciences are not negligible : it allows the study of objects that cannot be investigated with other methods and offers the opportunity to build knowledge by the refutation of hypotheses and theoretical propositions. We will clarify some epistemological misunderstandings concerning this method. First, it is actually a method of studying complex systems and communication processes. Through a critical analysis of this instrumentalization of the neurosciences, we show how communication researchers can use their skills in the service of organizations by highlighting the uselessness of certain fashionable scientific applications and the importance of an ethical reflection in the interest of organizations.},

The action-research Ecogestes aimed at improving the communication strategy used by the << ambassadors of the sea >> to promote Mediterranean littoral preservation behaviors among sea users. With an experimental approach, a new methodology was devised and its impact was evaluated. Throughout the presentation of this action-research, we will illustrate the way researchers chose to control experimental variables and reduce noise in observed effects.},

    abstract = {Purpose : – Mass retail in France, as an organizational field, experienced an institutional change when the Dutreil Law was promulgated on August 2, 2005. This new text is the result of a long process through which different groups of opposing logics faced one another. Michel‐Edouard Leclerc actively took part in the debate launched about the Galland Law reform. His institutional activism has contributed to this change and he can be qualified, on that account, as an institutional entrepreneur. Anchored in neo‐institutional theory, this article contributes to understanding the part played by the institutional entrepreneur in the process of institutional change. Design/methodology/approach : – The authors analyze Michel‐Edouard Leclerc's discourse on his weblog to characterize the rhetorical strategies he adopts to legitimize change. The analysis is based on the works of the pragmatics of communication and on a detailed semantic analysis of reference fields (Tropes software). Findings : – This contribution has enabled the author to stress the part of the institutional entrepreneur in the transformation of an organizational field. The rhetorical strategies implemented here contribute to modifying institutional logic. From a theoretical point of view, this contribution links the neo‐institutional approach with entrepreneurship by proposing to define the institutional entrepreneur as an actor pursuing political opportunities. Originality/value : – One important advantage of this work is that the authors have offered a methodological framework for studying the discourse of institutional entrepreneurs. The paper proposes empirical operationalization of rhetorical strategies. This contributes to improving the validity of the research because the identification of rhetorical strategies is no longer exclusively related to the researcher's subjective interpretation. The work also has practical implications for the actors : how can their discourse play a part in the institutionalization process ?},

Objectifs : La pr\'esente exp\'erience nous permet de r\'epondre affirmativement \`a cette question. Pour le d\'emontrer, nous avons transpos\'e le c\'el\`ebre paradigme d'ob\'eissance de Milgram dans le contexte d'un jeu t\'el\'evis\'e, film\'e dans le studio d'une entreprise de production d'\'emissions t\'el\'evis\'ees, impliquant un public mais pas de gains. M\'ethode : Nous avons r\'ealis\'e plusieurs conditions exp\'erimentales destin\'ees \`a faire appara\^itre si, dans un tel contexte, l'ob\'eissance restait, comme dans la situation classique souvent reproduite, la r\'eponse dominante. Nous souhaitions aussi savoir si l'introduction de variantes permettrait d'obtenir, une r\'eduction de l'ob\'eissance. R\'esultats : Les r\'esultats montrent que l'ob\'eissance \`a l'animatrice est, comme dans la situation standard de Milgram, la r\'eponse dominante et que des variantes suppos\'ees a priori r\'eduire cette ob\'eissance ne la r\'eduisent pas. Une condition exp\'erimentale additionnelle semble indiquer qu'un facteur d\'eterminant de l'ob\'eissance est la proximit\'e physique de l'animatrice repr\'esentant le pouvoir t\'el\'evisuel. Conclusion : On conclut en \'evoquant les aspects soci\'etaux de l'ob\'eissance. Introduction : Today's fascination with television makes us wonder whether it might not represent an authority capable of leading people in a television studio to inflict cruel acts on others, even though they condemn those acts. Objective : The experiment reported here allows us to answer this question in the affirmative. Therefore, we transposed Milgram's famous experimental obedience paradigm to the context of a “real” TV game show, in the studio of a large television production company, with a live audience and no prizes. Method : We set up several experimental conditions designed to tell us if, in such contexts, obedience was the dominant response, as it is in the often-replicated classic situation. We also wished to know if the introduction of variations would reduce obedience. Results : The results show that obedience to the host is the dominant response, as it is in Milgram's classic situation. However, variations that are assumed to reduce this obedience do not in fact demonstrate the expected effects. An additional experimental condition appears to demonstrate that a determining factor of obedience is the physical proximity of the host incarnating the televisual power. Conclusion : We offer a conclusion addressing the societal aspects of obedience.},

The authors conducted a qualitative survey of Michael Jackson fans' reactions to his death and their subsequent communication practices in order to better understand certain psychological and social aspects of fandom. They examine the uses of and roles played by interpersonal communications and social media during the period of mourning. Their analysis shows that a celebrity can play a socio-emotional mediating role between a fan and a loved one. The death of a celebrity brings up new identity needs among fans and, correlatively, new and different roles played by the social media during the period of mourning and the process of identity realignment according to the existing identity (individual, group or social) of the fans. Los autores de una encuesta cualitativa analizaron las reacciones y comunicaciones de los admiradores (fans) en el momento del fallecimiento de una de las celebridades medi\'aticas, Michael Jackson, con el fin de comprender mejor algunos aspectos psicosociales del fen\'omeno “fan” (admiradores). Ellos explican las utilizaciones y funciones de las comunicaciones interpersonales y de los medios de comunicaci\'on social de los admiradores enlutados y exponen que la celebridad desempe\~nar\'ia, particularmente, un rol de mediador socioafectivo entre el admirador fan y una persona querida de su entorno. In the last few years, social networking sites and the uses they are generating have become a rapidly expanding star in the Internet galaxy. Among these networks, those that end users can access free of charge do not yet have a stable economic model, despite their wide audiences (Facebook, for example). The challenge now facing these networks is how to turn their popular success into actual cash ; in other words, how to press their capacities for targeting and filtering web users, and the communities they form, into the service of solvent advertisers. As shown by the aka'aki example, a geolocated mobile online network, the path is a narrow one and there is no guarantee of success. Increasing suspiciousness among Internet users as regards the transformation of private information into a marketable commodity is the main limitation to the business model now emerging.},

La d\'emarche s'est d\'eroul\'ee en plusieurs \'etapes : 1/ recherche d'un consensus, par les coordinateurs des greffes, sur une << pratique type >> d'entretien t\'el\'ephonique avec les familles des personnes d\'ec\'ed\'ees ; 2/ optimisation de cette pratique \`a la lumi\`ere du paradigme de la communication engageante. La diff\'erence essentielle entre << pratique type >> et << pratique optimis\'ee >> tient aux actes << pr\'eparatoires >> (un versus deux) que les coordinateurs doivent s'efforcer d'obtenir de la part des familles avant de formuler la demande d'autorisation de pr\'el\`evement. Les r\'esultats obtenus attestent de l'efficacit\'e de la d\'emarche utilis\'ee, leurs implications m\'ethodologiques et \'ethiques sont discut\'ees. This project aimed at reducing the rate of refusals of cornea donations by the families of deceased persons when the requests are made by phone by the coordinators of transplants of a French university hospital. The approach comprised several steps : 1/ reaching a consensus with the coordinators of transplants to create a “standard practice” for telephone interviews with the families of deceased persons ; 2/ optimizing this practice in light of the paradigm of binding communication. The main difference between the “standard practice” and the “optimized practice” is due to the preliminary acts (one vs. two) that the coordinators must endeavor to obtain from the families before making a request to authorize organ removals. The results confirm the effectiveness of the approach used, and their methodological and ethical implications are discussed.},

    abstract = {n Brazil, the Lattes Platform is a curricular information system that allows researchers to manage their scientific and technological production, but it has been primarily used for reviewing and researching specific groups or institutions. Thus, it becomes difficult, if not unfeasible, to properly map the gaps or areas of knowledge in different fields of research. The aim of this study was to present an advanced search expression and a methodology to identify the body of knowledge in a specific area, such as nanotechnology, which is currently one of the research priority areas for national development. According to the objectives of the study, this is a quantitative study and an exploratory case study. The procedures may be replicated in different fields of knowledge and enable the Lattes Platform to be used as a source of thematic information for analysis and understanding of these fields, such as nanotechnology. A Plataforma Lattes, no Brasil, \'e um relevante sistema de informa\c c\~ao curricular que permite o registro da produ\c c\~ao cient\'ifica e tecnol\'ogica de cada pesquisador, sendo utilizada principalmente para avalia\c c\~oes isoladas de grupos ou institui\c c\~oes. Isso dificulta, quando n\~ao inviabiliza, o mapeamento de lacunas ou polos de conhecimento em \'areas diversas de pesquisa, como por exemplo, nas buscas por assunto. O principal objetivo foi apresentar uma express\~ao de busca e uma metodologia para identifica\c c\~ao do corpo de conhecimento em uma \'area espec\'ifica, a Nanotecnologia, um dos campos priorit\'arios ao desenvolvimento nacional. De acordo com o objetivo, o artigo \'e considerado um estudo de caso explorat\'orio com abordagem quantitativa. Resultados : A ferramenta compilou indicadores de desempenho dos pesquisadores e grupos de pesquisa sobre dengue, analisando o andamento de suas produ\c c\~oes e contribuindo para a prospec\c c\~ao dos resultados de pesquisas futuras, disponibilizando-os em p\'aginas na web. Conclus\~ao : A apresenta\c c\~ao de dados proposta permite uma an\'alise apurada, no \^ambito da sa\'ude coletiva, do andamento das pesquisas em dengue no pa\'is, possibilitando a cria\c c\~ao ou reformula\c c\~ao de estrat\'egias voltadas ao planejamento de pesquisas relacionadas ao diagn\'ostico, tratamento e preven\c c\~ao de importantes condi\c c\~oes cl\'inicas como as DN.},

Since 1988, Algeria has initiated deeper economic reforms supported by significant legislation and international agreements. In this uncertain environment, Algerian State-Owned Firm cannot rely only on their internal capabilities. They should, create partnerships, both with suppliers, subcontractors, universities and even competitors. There is a need for these firms to : Transform their organization to a new form improved for unexpected events and enough resilience to adapt to uncertain environments. Build a Strategic Intelligence Information System able to facilitate decision-making and reduce risks inherent to the strategic choices. Find ways to reverse choice when unexpected events occur.     abstract = {The Information Systems around patents are complex, their study coupled with a creative vision of “out of the box”, overcomes the strict basic functions of the patent. We have, on several occasions, guiding research around the patent solely-based on information, since the writing of new patents ; invalidation of existing patents, the creation of value-added information and their links to other Information Systems. The traditional R\&D based on heavy investments is one type of technology transfer. But, patent information is also, another powerful tool of technology transfer, innovation and creativity. Indeed, conduct research on the patent, from an academic viewpoint, although not always focusing only on financial revenue, can be considered as a form of “Non Practicing Entities” (NPE) activity, called rightly or wrongly “Patent Trolls”. We'll see why the term “patent troll” for this activity is controversial and inappropriate. The research we will describe in this paper falls within this context. We show two case studies of efficient use of patent information in Emerging countries, the first concern the pharmaceutical industry in Brazil and the second, the oil industry in Algeria.},

Cette recherche appliqu\'ee bas\'ee principalement sur l'information utile et actionnable, est couronn\'ee par la mise en place d'un processus dynamique et \'evolutif de fabrication des outils de forage qui s'appuie sur un processus d'apprentissage continu par la pratique. Nous mettrons en perspective le processus cognitif permettant la capitalisation des connaissances lors du processus technique du reverse engineering ainsi que la contribution de l'information brevet dans le suivi des \'evolutions technologiques dans le domaine de conception et de fabrication des tr\'epans ainsi que l'identification des technologies porteuses de valeur. Nous terminerons par des r\'esultats concrets en exposant les performances obtenus par un outil de forage fabriqu\'e par l'ENSP (ex-ALDIM) selon le processus d\'ecrit dans ce papier, lors du forage d'un puits de p\'etrole dans la r\'egion de Hassi Berkine (Alg\'erie). The patent information for oil \& gas industry : Case study of drill bits design and optimization by reverse engineering The aim of this paper is to show the results of a study originally conducted for an Algerian State-Owned Company ENSP (Manufacturing Branch / formerly ALDIM) specialized in drill bits manufacturing. We'll show innovation opportunities offered by the use of reverse engineering assisted by patent information in the petroleum industry. This applied research mainly based on the useful and actionable information, is crowned by the implementation of a dynamic and evolving process of drilling tools production and based on a continuous process of learning by doing. We'll outline the cognitive processes for knowledge capitalization during the technical process of reverse engineering and the contribution of patent information in technology developments survey and identifying promising valuable technologies in the field of drill bits design and manufacturing. We'll conclude with tangible results by exposing performance obtained by a drill bit manufactured by ENSP (formerly ALDIM) according to the process described in this paper, while drilling an oil well in the region of Hassi Berkine (Algeria).},

    abstract = {Identification and management of risks related to an uncertain operating environment is especially important when it is an oil or gas wellsite where risks can go beyond the physical and financial losses : human lives. Early identification of an uncertain event can significantly reduce this risk. The aim of this study is to use the information as intangible assets for purposes of identification and management of risks. We are particularly interested in a hazardous event : the gas inflow while drilling of an oil or gas well, through three sources of information : general information on the internet, technical and scientific publications on Google Scholar and patent publications on Google Patent, WIPO or Esp@cenet. Early identification of a potentially dangerous event is not an easy task. It requires advanced tools and technologies, but also a particular attention and human expertise. Information on tools and technologies are available in various forms on the internet : manufacturers and service providers' brochures, technical and scientific publications and also in patent databases. How to find and exploit this wealth of information ? This study shows the importance of information and its appropriate use at the right time to reduce risks related to operational activities in uncertain and potentially dangerous environments. We used any tools of research and analysis of information such as Google, Google Scholar, Google Patent, and Matheo Patent Matheo Web. L'identification et la gestion des risques associ\'es \`a un environnement op\'erationnel incertain sont importantes notamment lorsqu'il s'agit d'un chantier de forage p\'etrolier ou gazier o\`u les risques peuvent aller au-del\`a des pertes mat\'erielles et financi\`eres : des vies humaines. L'identification pr\'ecoce d'un \'ev\'enement incertain r\'eduit consid\'erablement ces risques. Le but est d'utiliser l'information comme capital immat\'eriel \`a des fins d'identification et de management des risques. Nous nous int\'eressons en particulier \`a un \'ev\'enement dangereux : la venue de gaz durant le forage d'un puits p\'etrolier ou gazier \`a travers trois sources d'informations : l'information g\'en\'erale sur internet, les publications techniques et scientifiques sur Google Scholar et enfin les publications de brevets sur Google Patent, WIPO ou Esp@cenet. L'identification pr\'ecoce d'un \'ev\'enement potentiellement dangereux n'est pas une t\^ache facile. Elle n\'ecessite des outils et des technologies sophistiqu\'e mais aussi une attention et expertise humaine. L'information sur les outils et les technologies existent et disponibles sur internet sous divers formes : brochures des fabricants et des fournisseurs de services, les publications techniques et scientifiques mais aussi dans les bases de donn\'ees de brevets. Comment trouver et exploiter cette masse d'information ? Cette \'etude d\'emontre l'importance de l'information et son utilisation ad\'equate au bon moment pour la r\'eduction des risques li\'ees aux activit\'es op\'erationnelle dans des environnements incertains et potentiellement dangereux. In fact, Big Data is like crude ! It's valuable, but if unrefined it cannot be used. It must be broken down, analyzed for it to have value. But what about Big Data generated by the Petroleum Industry and particularly its upstream segment ? Upstream is no stranger to Big Data. Understanding and leveraging data in the upstream segment enables firms to remain competitive throughout planning, exploration, delineation, and field development. Oil \& Gas Companies conduct advanced geophysics modeling and simulation to support operations where 2D, 3D \& 4D Seismic generate significant data during exploration phases. They closely monitor the performance of their operational assets. To do this, they use tens of thousands of data-collecting sensors in subsurface wells and surface facilities to provide continuous and real-time monitoring of assets and environmental conditions. Unfortunately, this information comes in various and increasingly complex forms, making it a challenge to collect, interpret, and leverage the disparate data. As an example, Chevron's internal IT traffic alone exceeds 1.5 terabytes a day. Big Data technologies integrate common and disparate data sets to deliver the right information at the appropriate time to the correct decision-maker. These capabilities help firms act on large volumes of data, transforming decision-making from reactive to proactive and optimizing all phases of exploration, development and production. Furthermore, Big Data offers multiple opportunities to ensure safer, more responsible operations. Another invaluable effect of that would be shared learning. The aim of this paper is to explain how to use Big Data technologies to optimize operations. How can Big Data help experts to decision-making leading the desired outcomes ?},

Il part du constat selon lequel, malgr\'e le caract\`ere essentiel des projets pour la coop\'eration transfrontali\`ere, leur performance et leur durabilit\'e restent difficiles \`a \'evaluer. Cette difficult\'e peut \^etre attribu\'ee \`a une double complexit\'e li\'ee d'une part \`a l'environnement de l'eau et d'autre part au projet en lui-m\^eme. L'emphase est mise sur la n\'ecessit\'e d'adopter un nouveau mode de management des ressources naturelles et des projets qui soit bas\'e sur cinq principes essentiels : durabilit\'e, multidimensionnalit\'e, mesurabilit\'e, exhaustivit\'e et impr\'evisibilit\'e. This article focuses on the management of water resources from the project perspective. It draws on the conclusion that, despite the fundamental nature of projects for transboundary cooperation, the evaluation of their performance and sustainability remains a challenge. This difficulty can be attributed to a double complexity linked to the water environment on one side and the nature of projects on the other. The article emphasizes on the need to adopt a new management mode for natural resources and inherent projects based on five principles : sustainability, multidimensionality, measurability, comprehensiveness and unpredictability.},

It shows the primary role of their implicit theories, highly structured, related with the individual infl uence of advertising.     abstract = {La communication engageante regroupe deux champs dans la litt\'erature sur le changement d'opinion et de comportement' : celui de l'engagement et celui la persuasion. Dans cet article, nous faisons \'etat des travaux montrant que l'information et la connaissance ne sont pas suffisantes pour d\'eboucher sur des changements comportementaux effectifs. Nous pr\'esentons ensuite le paradigme de la communication engageante et ses applications dans le domaine de la sant\'e publique. D'un point de vue pratique, on am\`ene les individus \`a poser un acte pr\'eparatoire engageant avant de l'exposer \`a une argumentation persuasive allant dans le m\^eme sens. Nous pr\'esentons ensuite les recherches sur la communication engageante appliqu\'ee \`a la pr\'evention des infections nosocomiales. Les r\'esultats obtenus montrent une efficacit\'e significativement plus grande de la communication engageante comparativement \`a une proc\'edure standard ou de communication persuasive classique.},
